How do you handle rate limits?
We use leaf-aware category sync, local reconciliation, and backoff strategies; cross-channel reasoning avoids noisy thrash and keeps SLAs intact.

How is data isolated per customer?
Multi-tenant isolation with JWT auth, audit trails, and vaulted secrets; per-tenant data access enforced at the service and UI layers.
Do you provide SLAs?
SLAs are included on Scale (uptime and response times). Priority support is available on Growth and Scale.
